MUST READ--OBAMACARE TROJAN HORSE--Friend Got Frightening Letter Threatening Termination If She Appears on "The List"

Friend works at a large hospital. She got a letter today from H.R. that is unbelievable but I'm
 looking myself at a copy she sent me.

ESSENTIALLY, OBAMACARE LEGISLATION HAS THE POWER TO KEEP YOU PERMANENTLY
 UNEMPLOYED!!!!!!!!!!

Here's what is says:

"The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) has the authority to exclude individuals and 
entities from federally funded health care programs persuant to sections 1128 and 1156 
of the Social Security Act. The OIG maintains a list of all currently excluded individuals 
and entities called the List of Excuded Individuals and Entities (LEIE). Anyone who hires
 or engages an individual or entity appearing on the LEIE may be subject to civil monetary
 penalties (CMP), fines and exclusion from participating in federal health care programs.
 (Her employer) scans the LEIE and state lists monthly in order to identify excluded
 individuals and entities including but not limited to employees, volunteers and vendors...."
When my friend asked about how you get on the list, she was told things like student loan defaults
but they refused to give her any other specifics.

THIS IS TERRIFYING! IF YOU APPEAR ON THIS LIST, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO WORK BUT GOOD
LUCK TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT GETS YOU ON THIS LIST!
